Our Process
Thank you for considering our event planning firm for your upcoming event. Our process is designed to ensure that we provide you with exceptional service from start to finish. Here's what you can expect when you book with us:
Book an Event Reservation Form: The first step is to fill out our Reservation form on our website. This form will provide us with some basic information about your event, including the type of event, the date, the location, and your budget.
Free Consultation: Once we receive your book an event form, we will reach out to you to schedule a free consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your event in more detail and answer any questions you may have. We may also schedule a walk-through of your selected venue to better understand the layout and logistics of the space.
Proposal Contract: Within 24 hours of our consultation, we will provide you with a proposal contract via email and Docusign. This contract will outline the services we will provide, the cost of those services, and any other details relevant to your event.
Sign the Contract: You will have 48 hours to review the proposal contract and sign it using Docusign. Once you've signed the contract and paid the required deposit, we will reserve and book the date for your event in our busy calendar.
Event Planning: Once the contract is signed, our team will begin working with you to plan all the details of your event. We'll keep you informed every step of the way and work closely with you to ensure that your vision for your event becomes a reality.

Each event is covered under a signed agreement. Therefore, the cancellation policy is specific to each event and is covered separately in the contract.
